She has a proven ability to successfully direct high-visibility corporate marketing initiatives and to effectively manage projects in a flexible environment. Kimberly enjoys leading teams and providing training to both internal and client staff members. She has a background in direct and email marketing, online advertising, and social media. Deitra has over 25 years of professional work experience. While she began her career in education, she successfully shifted her efforts and built her own virtual assistant business. Along with general administrative skills, Deitra excels at social media content creation and management, and customer service. Relying on her past experience of knowing what needs to be done to run a successful business, Deitra takes on whatever comes her way. She believes that every task, no matter how small, is deserving of attention to detail. She strives to meet client expectations and provides support in a professional and timely manner.

John institutes fair, effective policies, and establishes viable systems for total life cycle recruiting and retention. He focuses on building teams and fostering strong work cultures to establish new operations and fix failing businesses. He has demonstrated consistent, superior results in leadership development, team-building, revenue increases, and sustained profitability.

Emily Tallman

Public Relations

Emily Tallman is a public relations professional, graphic designer, and writer who has managed a diverse range of communications projects. She has extensive experience working with clients to help them reach their target audiences through earned media opportunities, community outreach, brand collateral, and social media strategies. Emily holds a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and a master’s degree in creative writing from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
